GM (Golden Movies) STUDIO
GM (Golden Movies) STUDIO is a production company, Larissa, Greece. The crew specializes in short films, TV and radio productions, as well as in post-production and marketing. It is equipped with a post-production studio, work spaces and a meeting room. GM STUDIO is providing outstanding audiovisual services to national and international production companies, corporate organizations and television stations. It is one of the leading audio-visual production companies in Greece when it comes to providing multilingual camera crews and production services. GM STUDIO crews are constantly working on international projects and the working language is English, Italian, Greek, and Arabic. Main areas of domain and expertise are: collaborations with the biggest channel networks worldwide such as CNN, BBC, Channel 4 etc. for the production of Documentaries, production of short films (awarded productions in international film festivals such as the Cannes Festival. The coordinator has collaborations with national broadcasting TV channels for any type of tele-productions such as documentaries, broadcasts etc. for the last 15 consecutive years. It is also well known for the production of creative and interactive educational digital materials and the use of innovative methodology such as holograms.
Pro Progressione
Pro Progressione is highly engaged and active in a wide range of cultural associations and programmes: Culture Action Europe, IETM, MitOst, Voices of Culture, Association of Independent Performing Arts in Hungary and PM² Alliance. In 2021, Pro Progressione has been selected as an official partner of the European Commission’s New European Bauhaus Initiative. They are committed to contribute to this new initiative by bringing the European Green Deal to the people and reimagining together with the partnership a sustainable living in Europe and beyond.
Casa della Città Leopolda
Casa della Città Leopolda is a second-level non-profit association founded in 1999 to manage a cultural centre by the Municipality of Pisa thanks to a European funding. It promotes multilevel events, cultural projects and leisure activities organized by the membership associations. The Leopolda association is engaged in the development and implementation of cultural and social projects at national and European level. The areas of work are cultural growth, solidarity, social innovation, intercultural inclusion, environmental protection.
The Kazantzakis Museum
The Kazantzakis Museum pays tribute to the important intellectual, author, thinker, philosopher, politician, and traveler Nikos Kazantzakis. The Museum is made up of a cluster of buildings in the central square of the historical village of Varvari, now known as Myrtia. The Museum Exhibition is housed on a site formerly occupied by the home of the Anemoyannis family, which was related to Nikos Kazantzakis' father, Kapetan Michalis. The Museum was founded in 1983 by set and costume designer Yiorgos Anemoyannis, a pioneering figure in Greek theatre. His fundamental aim was to preserve the author's memory and promote his work and thought. Significant assistance was offered by Eleni Kazantzaki, the author's second wife.
The museum opening ceremony was held on 27th June 1983.
